Purchasing a heatsink mount for a Socket 939

I recently bought a Zalman CNPS9700 CPU fan to replace my old Zalman CNPS9500, but the problem is that the fan didn't come with any kind of mount/holding for a socket 939 motherboard.

Unfortunatly I chucked away a lot of spare parts, including the fan/brackets that came with the processor.

I've managed to attach it by using parts from an old machine, but they dont appear to be very tight.

Would I be able to purchase 1 of these mounts seperatly and where from?

Could you not knock something together with perhaps elastic bands? Cheap and cheerful mod.
