purchasing new components, what you think?

hi time for an upgrade! im looking at replacing my motherboard CPU and memory!

heres what im thinking of

Intel Core 2 DUO E4300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.80GHz (800FSB) - Retail
Asus Commando Intel 965 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 NQ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit

What you think of those? will there be head room for some overclocking etc?

All looks good, although I haven't seen any overclocking evidence really from that motherboard. There have been many many members here recommendng the Gigabyte DS3 which ahs shown amazing overclocks for a very good price.

The memory and the CPU however are the best to go for at this time, just make sure your PSU is ATX 2.0 compatible.

cheers, i may opt for that as i dont think i will be going crossfire. I use just one card and keep upgarding that.
currently i have a 7800gtx, but im waiting for direct x 10 games to be available before upgrading.
