Purple DVI?

Been meaning to ask for ages......
Ever since I got my 8800GTX,one of it's DVI outputs seems to be missing it's green leg, the entire screen is purple tinted.
Is this borked, or is it something to do with one port only working right when the other is in use.

It's not a bad connection as I've waggled it half to death with no response at all, which you would think you'd get with a dry joint or a collapsed pin receiver in the socket.

Sounds like a dodgy DVI port.

dodgy DVI port. Had a 7950GT look teal since it was getting no red to it and rma'd it, got a new one and it was fine. Although it turned out to be my PSU that had caused the problem as its rail stabilty while playing crysis wasn't up to par.....Crysis literally killed my Gfx card
