I'd advise anyone with pre-orders on the Game internet shop to check them carefully.
It appears with their new site revamp, they've decided to make free shipping the norm for all orders (and the only selectable option for single games).
Very kindly they've updated all existing orders onto the free option, but appear to still be charging for whichever postage option you selected.
I couldn't find an option to just change postage, which resulted in having to cancel and re-order.
I'm not sure if this is all orders, just orders before XYZ date, just a site glitch or what, but worth checking considering that if you had first class selected they'll be showing that you'll be charged at £5+ what you should be.
