Our Franke tap showed signs of corrosion and rust, which is believed to be caused through use of cleaning agents not suitable for it - unsure exactly what that was but we'll be sticking to water and elbow grease from here on out!
Props to Franke, who have sent a replacement spout to us free of charge, however is it simply a case of undoing a set screw and pulling up? It certainly looks to be that simple, which makes me dubious
