Push Message - Scam?

Lo all,

Just received a Push message on my mobile. The message was "Important Message" exactly like that including the " ".

The message, if I connect to it, points to http://209.160.78.80/wapvert/br.asp?t=1682934987

Is this a scam, or spam of any sort? Anyone had one today? I'm on 02 network if it helps?!

I'm tempted to connect to it, but don't want to end up with a massive bill!

because of my fetish for accepting random bluetooth messages is how I got a bluetooth virus

i cant help accepting them. if someone wants to send me a message, i have to accept it.
