Push / Pull Fans, attached how?

Hello,

I’ve got a Antec Kúhler H2O 620 with a Gigabyte z77UDH5 motherboard, I’ve changed the stock fan (it’s loud) to a low Rev. Gentle Typhoon fan. However, this isn’t keeping the temps down as well as the stock fan; if I want to add another fan in a push pull configuration how do I attach the second fan?

Should I attach it to the CPU fan (via a splitter? This would be a 3 pin fan)
Or
Attach via a spare 4pin PWM motherboard connection?
Or
Another Way?

Any advice appreciated.

I have a Antec Kúhler H2O 620 with 2 Vipers in push/pull setup and I use a spare 4pin PWM on the motherboard.

Works fine for me

Sorry which are the Vipers?

I'm thinking about getting a "Akasa AK-FN057 Apache Super Silent 120mm Fan - 4 Pin PWM" any good reason not to?

Cheers, although out of stock. I'll give the Akasa AK-FN057 Apache Super Silent 120mm Fan - 4 Pin PWM a go...
