Push/Pull fans, where does the second fan go?

Obviously one goes into the CPUFAN connection, where does the other one go and how do I make sure they stay at the same speed. I'm using a Noctua cooler and Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R motherboard.

Plug them anywhere.

To make sure they're the same speed use speedfan or a fan controller.

I use a Y splitter, but this places more load on the motherboard and is not recommended. If you're using PWM fans, then this is ideal. Otherwise you could run both fans at 12V, or use a manual fan controller.
