Push - Pull Fans

I know I might be sound stupid to ask these question about a push pull fans. Can I use 1600RPM fan as a push and use 1300RPM as a pull or both must have the same fans speed as an equal push pull ?

Its advisable for both fans to be exactly the same.

If you use a slower fan as the pull, I'd expect it would actually block the air being pushed through by the faster fan. I'd stick with 2 of the same if I were you.

agree should be the same but if you are gonna be using different ones use slower ones to push and faster to pull

The problem is when i use both same fan speed 1300rpm as a push-pull. on the hwmonitor i can see the cpu fan is like this:
Current Min Max
1276 1229 1298

but the pull fan is like this:
Current Min Max
1298 0 1328 (the fan kept going zero every couples of seconds)
