Push/Pull in Titan Fenrir

Hi there! I have a nice new titan fenrir on a Q6600 @3.2(or 3.4 depending on ambient temps and my mood :cool:

)
Can any one tell me if there is any success with fitting 2 fans to fenrir in push/pull configuration? possibly with pics if you can?

I suppose you could simply use a couple of elastic bands to hold another 120mm fan on the other side of the heatsink...I used this method with a TRUE...

The text in your sig is too big, only 4 lines of text is allowed, so would be worthwhile remedying that before a Don pulls you up about it...

Elastic bands will work ok, but they may become brittle over time, cable ties are a good alternative.

Cable ties work perfectly. Just remeber to put the little vibration dampeners between the fan and the heatsink.

tried the push/pull config on titan fenrir, but only seeing a miner drop(2C max) in load temps! my load temps never went higher than 45C any ways and that's on hot day! So took it back to 1 fan config.

why take it back to one fan config? surely a drop of 2degrees is better than nothing/having a spare fan

Very true! but it was a bit noisy for my taste.

On another note I was wondering what you used before the h50 in your sig? cos I am trying to convince my self fenrir is as good as H50!

i hadnt overclocked previous to my H50 so i was just using the stock cooler until i could afford the H50.
