Push/pull on Raditators?

Hello,

I am doing my first watercooling build in about a week now just waiting on my apogee Drive II to come. I was wondering does push/pull configurations on a radiator makes a difference to performance or does it just create more noise?

Is a push or pull configuration sufficient and what do you recommend in a Prodigy case?
