That spec doesn't look to me like the best selection for the money you are spending.
I would say change the SSD to a 120Gb minimum, get a modular PSU and swap the Intel liquid cooling solution for something better.
A saving could be made on the RAM by switching from 16Gb to 8Gb.
Rather than use the configurator, look for a preconfigured system that can be altered slightly for your needs.
