put another 4gb in, showing as pc2 5300

i had 4gb of kingston hyperx ddr2 6400 (2x 2gb in slots 1&2)

today i got another 2x 2gb sticks of the exact same memory but in cpuz the modules in slots 1&2 are correct (pc 6400 @ 400mhz) but 3&4 are showing as pc2 5300 @333 mhz

what can be wrong?

board: asus m3a78-em
phenom x4 9950 be

EDIT: 3dmark vantage sys info is showing all my dimms as 667mhz ???

I know the SPD on GeIL 6400 RAM was set to 5300 speeds as a safe boot method or somesuch thing. It could just be misprogrammed SPD. As long as its printed on the sticks directly as 6400 and it runs as those speeds, I wouldn't personally worry.
