PUT VISTA DRIVER LINKS HERE:

looking at the release info it supports just about all GForce cards no?

Read carefully:

"DirectX 9 and OpenGL NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 6 and 7 series GPUs and DirectX 10 NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 8800 GPUs will be available in a future driver "

I'm stumped - maybe it should be presented like this?:

"DirectX 9 and OpenGL NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 6 and 7 series GPUs"

"and DirectX 10 NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 8800 GPUs will be available in a future driver"

Confused mate

Quote from the release notes:

"NVIDIA SLI(TM) Technology
• DirectX 9 support for GeForce 8800 GPUs only
• OpenGL support for GeForce 8800 GPUs only
DirectX 9 and OpenGL NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 6 and 7 series GPUs, and
DirectX 10 NVIDIA SLI support for GeForce 8800 GPUs will be available in a
future driver.
NVIDIA SLI(TM) Technology
On SLI‐ready systems, the NVIDIA Control Panel now includes SLI controls
in the 3D Settings Category task page.
This driver has limited support for NVIDIA SLI™ technology on top DirectX
9.0 and OpenGL applications for GeForce 8800 GPUs only. NVIDIA will
continue to provide driver updates for NVIDIA SLI on an ongoing basis to
add new product support.

LOL. I'm more confused than ever! :D

Installed them anyway on my 7800GTX (no SLi) and they seem to work fine. Can't see any noticeable improvement OR degradation on framerates on FEAR or HL2??

Ah well......... ;)

VISTA 32-Bit/ 64-Bit Antivirus

Been using this anti-virus/ malware system for almost 18 months now and tbh, its absolutely bomb proof.

Best thing is , its great for gaming/ performance PCs as it leaves a tiny footprint on your HDD, uses a tiny amount of CPU and Memory resources and updates around 6 times A DAY!!!

Best of all... you never see it sticking its big, interfering nose in everytime you click your mouse so you won't see "ARE YOU SURE.....?????" messages everytime you click something.

Full Vista Support (Running it on Vista 64 for two weeks now)
Free full working 30 day trial here:

http://www.eset.com/download/index.php

Trust me.... you won't be disappointed!! :D

(£24 per year for full version)

erm ok, so how do you get the x64 progy working, and a word of warning to all, it doesnt work the same as it did on xp, ie on xp you had file protection in msn (sending and resieving) of files, and also in ie, it simply doesnt work, also not to mention, i have tried to get it to work in 64 bit mode, agaian impossible it installs in the 32 bit folder, so yes it does work in vista all be it in a very reduced state.
