Putting CPU and Graphics card back to defualt before OC

Hey everyone,

very slightly overclocked my CPU and Graphics card.

Just wondering how i can reset it all back to defualt.

I have a Intel i5-2500k and a GTX 580 Graphics card.

Motherboard is MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - (Sandybridge)

load bios defaults for cpu, and for gpu, slide the slider in the opposite direction mate tbh

Google the default settings and stick them in.

As mentioned, for cpu. Load defaults in bios, for the gpu, if using an app such as afterburner or precision, simply click on reset, no need to move the sliders.
