Putting extra fans in cases

I'm thinking of getting a Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS Aluminium Midi-Tower Case and saw that it only came with one fan. Should i be putting more fans in the casing to help cool down my system or should the one fan be enough?

If anyone has a Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS case, could you tell me about the layout and whether you have put additional fans in (is there space to put them in)?

1 120mm intake and 1 120mm exhaust should be enough for nearly any system, but the more the better!

Why the more the better? I would have said the opposite. If two, or even one fan keeps your components at a decent temperature, the surely more fans only serve to make more noise.
