As per title really guys/ how do i put my 360 in a DMZ, Ideally i'd like an open NAT. Not to handy with wireless networks, so treat me as if im a noob :)

Any links would be appreciated.

Its easy really.

1) Assign your 360 a static IP in the network settings

2) Go into your DMZ on your router and use the IP you just assigned the 360 when prompted what you want the DMZ IP to be

Job done. Its a 5 minute job to be honest. Make sure your router has a DMZ though, my old one didnt.

Are you using a router, if so, which router are you using?

On my Linksys one, there's a tab which has a control screen for setting devices to be in the DMZ, to do it, I just had to enter the IP address of the device I wanted in the DMZ, into the specified fields, then save the settings and it would be done.

Being outside the DMZ however means you aren't protected by the firewall (IIRC).

im pritty sure i set my 360 a static I.P. not so long back.

If i go to the system blade an networking, im presume its the I.P address thats there.

Yep its a router, Linksys to be precise :)

Thanks for the help so far :)

All very true - I didnt have any problems hosting PGR online with out adding anything to my router.

Ive put it in the DMZ using the I.P address found in 'edit settings' in the 'system' blade. Still got moderate Nat though

It works fine, just friends have trouble joining my R6V matches sometimes.
