Ive been looking for something to remove all the un-needed Language files and Printer drivers from my Leopard installations...

From the Sticky, Delocalizer - this looks good, but only supports up to 10.3 so i darent use it on 10.5

Can anyone recommend any guides or Apps to strip away the unneeded files from both the OS and Installed apps if possible.

When I installed Leopard, I used Custom and edit out all the language and printer drivers I didn't need, so it was "skinny" when I fresh installed it - not sure if it's possible to do it after installing now...

Exactly how I did it, do a fresh install and decide what you want to install.

How much hard disk space does it free up? Is it worth it?

I usually leave them on but if I upgrade to Leopard I might try omitting them this time.

Bugger, did a fresh install but didnt read much of the install options and stuff, just clicked OK to most screens.

Forgot to customize my install, ended up removing printer drivers, languages, processor architectures & iPhoto themes saved about 5-6GBs.

Delocalizer removed 3.1gb of Localization resources....
Printers = 1.68gb

Not bad for 10mins work. :)
