Putting photos in iPhone

i hook my iPhone 3G up to my PC to sync it and was wondering how i put photos onto my iPhone. it appears i can only put one folder on at a time? how do i put three or four separate on?

I made folders in the My Pictures folder, iTunes sees these separate folders, you can sync all of whats in My Pictures or each individual folder
