Putting Under Load

Someone please slap me, But I won't to make sure my new watercooling set-up is working fine by testing the temps under load. I don't want to play a game or something incase it overheats and kills my chip. So is there any software that will put my cpu at full load with a fail safe device incase it gets too hot?

Yeah test 6minutes in and still only on 40 degrees

11 minutes at 39 degree :S

Amd 4800+ No clocks
Didn't know "Cool&Quiet" meant this cool, Thats like a 8 degree increase from idle temps
