PWM-4pin to 3pin adaptor

Apologies for the seemingly thick question but I need an adaptor that will enable me to connect this fan to my NZXT Phantom Enthusiast Fan Controller.

You could always take the 4 pin connectir off and put a spare 3 pin on, and shove the spare PWM wire somewhere.

You could also buy a 3 pin fan extender and remove some of the plastic on the male end so the 4 pin fits into it.
