PWM Fan Splitter

I have 2 PWM fans on my heatsink, 5 PWM case fans and would like them to sync the spin speed depending on the CPU temps/load, which PWM fan splitters do I need?

There's no where in the case to mount the hub and I want to have a neat cable management, will this Akasa PWM fan splitter do the job for 2 PWM fans for the heatsink and this for case fans?

My motherboard is Gigabyte Z77 D3H but I'm not sure if SYS_FAN 1-3 are PWM or voltage control

For Gigabyte boards, SYS_FAN are usually voltage control, while CPU_FAN (and sometimes CPU_OPT) are PWM.
