PWM PST fans intake + outtake

I'm planning my first build and I bought 4x Arctic P12 PWM PST. My plan is to put 3 of them on intake on the front, and 1 exhaust on the top, all connected to the motherboard.

Is this doable? Is the PWM PST functionality good enough to have intake + exhaust fans on the same "circuit" ?

(I'll be keeping a regular, non PWN PST, 140mm on the back on exhaust)

Apology for the lack of technical words, as I said, first build :D

4x P12 fans is likely too much load for 1 fan header. Most motherboards have several fan headers so you could use 2 or 3 headers. What case do you have? Generally top fans don't help and often hurt case airflow and thus cooling.
You might find basic guide to how airflow works and how to optimise case airflow in link below helpful.

I think the specs are wrong as I read before it was around 0.2A, but acording to Arctic, the P12 PWM PST work at 0.08A, so 4 fans should be, theoretically, enough for a 1A header?
