PWM vs Non-PWM SP120s for loop

Hi, I've come to a bit of an issue as despite trawling through the depths of the internet. Which is better for a 360 and 240mm radiator, PWM fans using a splitter from the motherboard or non-PWM fans using the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe fan controller.

I will be using SP120 fans and the Asus X99-S motherboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I use non PWM, 12 of them, works well for me.

And you can still control then?

You can normally control PWM and Non PWM fans with a motherboard. It should detect what sort of fan it is and use either voltage or PWM to control it.

Seeing as you already own the PWM hub, get the non PWM fans, connect them to the hub and then use your mobo's PWM functionality to control them.
