PWM Y-Splitter on MSI P67a-GD65?

Just wondering if I can split the PWM on this mobo to give me control over my 2 rad fans? If so will I get the full rated performance out of them?

Also, what program can/should I use to control them automatically?

Ideally after a passive one that'll take 2 PWM fans (Akasa Vipers) without me having to hack it up.
The way my cable management is I wouldn't be able to get that plugged in without a PWM extension as well.

Basically, will this work?

The one on your post above should be ok, just be sure that the cpu fan header will be able to power two fans.

This is what I want to know. Basically need to know the max wattage through this fan header if anyone has it?
