do you not have your mobo instruction that label the parts of the mobo and what they do?

the fans will be fine in them you just wont be able to put them up to higher speed like you would be if you connected them to you PSU
They are just labels M8
they will all work identically as 3 pin fan headers.......but if you have spare molexes it may be easier to get 4 pin fans

You will get the exact same speed from the Mobo headers than from Molex, the difference being you can Control some/all of them (depends on Mobo).
PWR means Power Supply and its to read the RPM of the Fan inside the PSU, you can use it to power any other fan but your Bios will label it as PWR though you can rename it to anything in Speedfan.

I know that....i just meant sometimes easier to route cables to spare molexes than right back to the mobo
