pwr fan and chassis fan

hey guys
im just about to buy some extra fans for my case.
now looking on my mobo i see i have "2" 3pin chassis pans and "1" 3 pins pwr fan.
whats the difference ?
and will a normal 80mm led fans be ok for these vacant positions

They are just labels M8 :D

they will all work identically as 3 pin fan headers.......but if you have spare molexes it may be easier to get 4 pin fans
 
You will get the exact same speed from the Mobo headers than from Molex, the difference being you can Control some/all of them (depends on Mobo).

PWR means Power Supply and its to read the RPM of the Fan inside the PSU, you can use it to power any other fan but your Bios will label it as PWR though you can rename it to anything in Speedfan.

I know that....i just meant sometimes easier to route cables to spare molexes than right back to the mobo
