Hi, I'm getting something picked up from me by Parcel2Go tommorow.

The item is being delivered somewhere.

I'm just confused about something: during the order process there was a page which gave me an image of what the label on the parcel will look like i.e it had the recipients name, address etc on it.

I'm just confused, was I supposed to print this out and stick it to the parcel myself? Or when they collect will they do this? I read anything carefully and am *quite sure* that I didn't read any instructions like this.

Thanks.

Should be fine

Tape it up well, fill it with lots of packing stuff inside (bubble wrap, pellet things, newspaper, whatever) and mark it WELL - labels on a couple of side, and the senders address (your own) in case of complications.

I just clear a side, white paper taped to the side, and write the adress on a3 or a4 paper (depending on size) with permanent marker in block capitals.

Think the example is for numptys tbh. The sort of people who post christmas cards that say "Auntie Audrey, Shropshire"

Thanks :) Aye I've posted enough things off before but never had anything actually collected by courier, so just wondered if they'd prefer to use their own markings as they'll probably have to barcode it and stuff.

Thanks again

Ideally you should have printed that lable, makes in easier for them to scan it and hopefully makes better odds that it will get where its supposed to go.
You normally put the p2go tracking number on as well.

P2G use DHL as their contractor - just make sure that the person who is receiving the parcel signes it "contents not checked for damage" or check it before signing as I used P2G once and they broke the comp I was sending and refused to payout after a long and protracted claim process. Never again - used postvan.co.uk, much better service
