Ok, after trying to put my new p.c together today on my first boot it gives me Q error code 55 with the dram_led on the motherboard red. The manual says it is a memory error. So I double check the manual A1, A2, B1, B2. Recommended memory config A2, B2. Correct. I then try a single in A2, same error. Try the other stick. The odds of two stick being DOA seem very unlikely. I've made sure the sticks click in at both ends.
After a fair bit of looking on forums it seems it could be the CPU. I go about reseating the CPU/Cooler and checking none of the pins are damaged. Looks fine. Check the CPU, looks fine best I can tell. The cooler on the CPU does not feel overly tight, I've only tightening it to the point I was getting light resistance.
Here is an image of the motherboard just incase I'm missing something:-

Spec:
Asus Maximus VII Ranger
Devils Canyon Core i7 4790K CPU & Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Savage Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual
Cooler Master Nepton 240M Cooling Solution
One last thing I may try is the stock cooler to see if it isn't liking the other cooler. Any other advice would be appreciated.
