Q. Microsoft X4 Keyboard Macros...

I have a MS X4 keyboard and have a problem with macros.

After using a logitech g65 and their macro software, the X4 is not so good.

The logitech was quick and snappy. The X4 is slow and laggy. The macros don't even work when first pressed. It seems to lag while they are loaded from a file. Its all happened since they changed from the intellitype driver software.

Anyone else had similar problems?

I have the X4 as well, and I have a similar issue with the volume control lagging on first use. There can be a wait of up to 15 seconds before it registers, but after that it works normally. Same kind of issue for you?

This is definitely introduced by Intellitype as all was fine before that. It effects every keyboard connected too (so I get the lag for my mech keyboard too).

I haven't used the macros much so can't comment on that.
