A word of advice.
If you are flying out of Heathrow, DO NOT use Q Park carpark services.
It costs the usual fortune to park, although cheaper then on the terminal, but on the internet the reviews seemed ok.
You book it online and just turn up. You leave the car with the keys with them.
We arrived and couldn't actually get into the carpark. There were so many (empty) cars that they were spilling out into the main road. It turns out they'd over booked and didn't have enough space to keep all the cars!
There were only two minibusses to shuttle people to the airport. The queue for the bus was about 20-30m long. About 100 people. Each bus had seating for 8!
People were complaining that they'd been waiting for 2 hours. Everyone had a flight to catch, and at an airport, you cant afford to wait 2 hours!
At the same time as people dropping off cars, people were arriving to collect cars. Again people had been there two hours. The place had lost their cars!
Other people were queuing up because they had massive scratches and dents in their cars!
When we picked up our car yesterday we had to wait 40 mins for a bus at the terminal (even though you phone them to say you've arrived). It then took them a further hour to find and get our car. Thankfully there were no scratches.
Anyway, again, if flying out of Heathrow, avoid Q Park like the plague.
