Q6000 - Vista x64, CPUZ only sees 2 cores

Pretty much as the thread title really.

I have just put my Q6600 G0 revision CPU in my eVGA 680i (P30 Bios) and Windows and CPU-Z only see two cores.

When booting the PC the BIOS screen cleary see's the 4 cores.

Can someone show me the light?
