q6600 B3 overclock

Hi recently i had a q6600 oc to 3.2ghz 1:1 6400 ram ,vcore 1.35, up one notch vdimm,.the computer restarted during prime so i booted back into windows again reran prime and then computer restarted again, so then i set the fsb to 333mhz,3.0ghz, knocked the vcore back one notch to 1.34,and kept the vdimm the same and the 1:1 ratio only this time it booted into windows worked for a bit and restatred and for some reason it set everyting back to stock .

specs are
q6600
OCZ 6400 ram
Gigabyte P35-DQ6 mobo
520 watt corsair
8800 GTX OC 2


any ideas ?

Are you setting VDroop correctly? Also, not sure about that motherboard and to whether it has unlinked/linked memory, but try unlinked when trying to find your overclock then link your memory back in.
