You need to sort your sig out, 4 lines max:)

Intel Conroe E6600 2.4GHZ @ 3.15GHZ (default volts)
Crucial Ballistix 2.00gb PC8000 1000mhz (2.2v - 5,5,5,15)
Asus P5W DH Delux X1900 GT 256MB
Hiper Type R 580W Modular PSU
Soundblaster X-FI XtremeMusic

the minimum stable voltage for my cpu seems to be 1.4875. Then I had to put my northbridge volts up from 1.25 standard, to 1.48. To run my 1066 ddr2 ram at 1000 i had to go above the recomended 2.2v to 2.225v to run stable. but im guessing .025v isnt too much over. I've also upped the VTT to 1.35 from 1.2 standard, but I have a feeling this wasn't needed, so will probably drop it down once i've finished doing my final test, i've currently been running 7 hours prime 95 with this setup, small ffts, and its looking o, still 66 66 65 65 in core temp.

just to add though, my case has 2x120mm intake fans at the front, one 120mm exhaust fan on the back, and a 200mm exhaust fan on the top, all on max, so my coolings pretty good!
