Q6600 differences

Whats the difference between the 2 versions of Q6600 and which is the best one to go for? I will be overclocking it.

G0 is better than the B3, lower heat and will generally overclock further.

G0 might also be advertised as the energy effcient 95w version, and yes its definetly a better gamble than a B3.

I would imagine G0 will becoming 'the norm' for the Q6600?

Suppose so, though there might be the odd retailer who dosen't differentiate (mostly mom and pop establishments though) and you end up with a B3 But yes, i suppose as time goes on G0 and whatever later revisions (if Q6600 are still made then) will become the 'majority' Q6600.

i got the normal Q6600, very fast, getting 3000 score on passmark... (apparently making it the best common CPU that they have rated)

and also, i am getting 29-32 degresses with it... about 35 when running a cpu burner program.

got my q6600 today, with the retail heatsink i'm running 3.3ghz on stock volts 100% stable! fantastic chip.

So if not overclocking which is the best version? There seem to be 3 versions varying from £164 to £182 at the moment, 2 energy efficient ones & 1 normal.

EDIT found out, the diff is retail & oem
