Q6600 G0 - running bit warm

Look at my recent post, I've had the same issue.

I lapped both my CPU and the AC7 Pro and it knocked 10 degrees off, but it's still hitting 79 degrees under load on my Q6600 @ 3.4

In my opinion the AC7Pro is rubbish for the Q6600. I don't know how these other people are getting the temps they say they do.
My Tuniq 120 is setting by my side to be installed over the weekend as I type this.
All I can do mate is relate my experience and IMO the AC7 Pro is a great cooler for the price and perfectly adequate for cooling an overclocked Q6600. I've got my Q6600 clocked at another 300Mhz faster than yours and the AC7 is doing a fine job cooling it.

There are several better coolers but they are a good bit more expensive.

For the cost of lunch extra, i'd still get a better one that doesn't click on like Lego :).

An extra £10-20 is nothing for something that'll will stop your £200 chip from nuking heh.

This is what mine does, not sure if its all ok as im anoob and just did it today
