Afternoon guys, i have a problem that has got me completely stumped here and was hoping some of you could help me out.

I previously had the set up in my sig stable (10 hours prime, 20 runs IBT) at 3.2 ghz. However one day i checked CPU-Z to find it was back at stock. So i thought nothing of it and put it back on it's previous settings and went on my way only to notice later that it was back on stock speeds.

Now the problem is it wont have any overclock, even an overclock of 200mhz with voltages cranked are still not working. The only change i have made recently is the addition of a second 5770, which shouldn't really affect much and didn't seem to as the machine was fine for weeks after the addition. The problem has only really arisen recently since moving back to university. Everything still seems to be in place so it's not a loose connection.

What seems to be happening is all the settings are working except implementing the set FSB, changing the multi seems to work as does changing the voltages and ram divider however the clock speed will simply not go up, it will only change due to multiplier now which is downwards. I am starting to believe my motherboard may be at fault here as CPUs simply don't die anymore especially not q6600s.

I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what could be at fault as i am now beginning to miss my overclock :(
