Right I'm looking to upgrade mobo and CPU..

I've decided on the Abit IP35 Pro, and a Q6600, but I'm new to overclocking and was wondering if I purchased the Q6600 guaranteed to clock at 3.3ghz would it make my life easier? It is 50 pounds more than the normal one on special atm..


Hmm, I've just noticed the more expensive one says (1466FSB) How will that work with the IP35 pro?

MIght buy the CPU as its on special now, which board you guys reccommend?

IP35 Pro or the Abit IX38..Should be fine with my ram right?
 
Theres 2 there now, the one on special is the retail version, 3 quid more than OEM.

OEM Vs. Retail

OEM you get the intel fan is it? or the other way round? Retail you get the 3 year warranty opposed to the 1 for oem..That the only difference between the 2?
