Wanna get some more go go fluid out of my CPU but I dunno what to set up in my BIOS in order to do so.

I have this hardware

Abit IP35 (non pro)
Intel Q6600 Quad X64
Corsair CM2X1024-6400C4 4-4-4-12
4x 1gig sticks

ATi x1800XT
Creative Audigy 2 ZS

Any advice on what it will do easily and very stable and how to set it up?

Thanks

use the overclocking tools, such as prime or intel burn test, if they are stable at load without too much heat(check with coretemp) then your ok, i imagine if your on a stock cooler you won't be able to get a higher clock without using a custom cooler.

when you originally overclocked did you unlink the fsb to ram ratio? if so, your ram may be o/c'd too much, causing the crashes.

check what freq. its running at in CPU-Z

yeah that should be fine, not to sure really, i would definitely run some stress tests, did you up your vcore much?
for a 3.2 ghz on stock cooler, shouldnt need to up it that much, i don't think your memory is the problem.
