Q6600 on the way - advice

still having a bit of trouble getting it above 3.2, I guess i dont really know what vcore to set it at, its stable at 1.26 at 3.2, tried 1.3 with 3.4 and one of the threads stops running in prime. Ram is at stock, where abouts is the NB volts?

Thanks.

My Q6600 has VID of 1.2625v

Normally these are the settings/output for [email protected] on my Gigabyte GA EP45 UD3LR:

Bios vcore: 1.425v

Idle voltage: 1.376v

Load voltage: 1.296v-1.312v (lol IBT stable)

So I use load line calibration (LLC) for reducing vdroop and these are the settings:

Bios vcore: 1.35v

Idle Voltage: 1.312v

Load voltage: 1.312v

Ram is running at 504MHz (DDR2 1008MHz) using memory divider. It's actually Kingston Hyper X DDR2 1066MHz. So I am running it at underclocked speed.

I dont use load line calibration for my clocks btw. I get drop and droop but nothing as much as wing zero.

Those temps look just fine, push a little more :-)

ok mate im just a bit worried about pushing my psu or temps too far, as 3.2ghz is giving great performance in bad company 2 (so much better than my old dual core)

What vcore would you suggest setting it at, considering right now its stable at just over 1.25.
