q6600 overclock and voltages

Hey all

I am getting slightly annoyed at myself as either I am purely being stupid or it actually isnt that straight forward.

Basically, I am running my q6600 @ 3.2Ghz. I was running "auto" voltages but now I am setting all manually. I have a tpower i45 motherboard and the voltages confuse me. My VID is 1.300 and I am told that is my "stock voltage". My motherboard doesnt have voltages stated as they are, instead it states + or - volts. For example I am running my 3.2Ghz stable on +0.025V. There is no +0.00 or -0.00 so unless its auto I have to select either higher or lower voltages to stock. Keeping up with me so far?

A few concerns I have about the voltages though is that my ram in CPU-Z shows as 1.8V, but in the BIOS unless set to manual I have to do +0.050 as the minimum. Is this safe? Also going back to my VID, even with +0.025V my CPU voltages are only at 1.25ish in CPU-Z (under prime95 or ITB load).

Just now I thought I have 3.4Ghz stable at:
377 x 9
CPU: +0.100
DDR: +0.050
Chipset: +0.025
FSB: +0.025

But when I tried 3.5GHz, even with +0.150V on the CPU it wouldnt ITB 20times. Then I tried 3.4GHz again and couldnt get that stable again. 3.2Ghz seems to hold fine though at 0.025V.

Just to state, at 3.5Ghz when testing my temps hit 78'c on cores under ITB load which I think is ok? Or not?

So really what I am asking, is does anyone have any knowledge of TPower i45 voltages and Q6600s?

Humm...seems no body knows?

OK then, how about if I asked what safe voltages are on this board (or in general) so I know not to push it too far?

I did read that a few days ago, I also read another one which had Q6600 OCing on it but again, the voltages he had didnt add upto what was being stated if the VID was taken into account. I actually dont know how much voltages I am giving. I will see if I can find it.
