q6600 overclock help

Hi i would like to overclock my q6600 to 3.0Ghz here is pics of my max and idle temps with out the overclock useing a Samuri Revision B CPU cooler is the temps good to reach 3.0Ghz? Also i was told that the max CPU temp for the q6600 is 62.2c and also here is a link isit true?

Hi i used arctic silver 5 on the CPU and here is a pic of my voltage im useing i left it set on auto in my bios.

Hi this is my m/b and how is your temps so low what cpu cooler do you have is that temp you got useing prime95 on all 4 cores??

btw do you think i should set the volts in the bios my self?

Before i overclock this is a pic of my memory the thing is when i had it set to auto it set the timing wrong so i changed it my self to 4-4-4-15 but left the voltage on auto should i change it? and how can i find out what voltage its running at now?

btw when i overclock should i leave the cpu voltage to auto? or could it do damage?

I just overclocked strate to 333 so it was running at 3.0Ghz and i had core temp running with prime95 on all 4 cores and core temp gived a error when the temp got to 65c and crashed core temp so i stoped prime and put the cpu back to 2.4...i think i need a better cooler? or could it be becouse i left the voltage on auto? and im scared to go for 3.0Ghz with out going to 3.6 lol
