q6600 overclocking help

ok i know this has probably been posted before but.... if u can post a link to another thread that would be fine but this is my system as standard ish

q6600 @ 2.4 (standard cooling)
abit ip 35 pro
ocz 2x 1gb 6400 ddr2 (had to increase default voltage to 2v)
Aspire 550W Chameleon PSU
(plenty of case fans)

not sure what cooling solution to go for but from what ive heard the results can be pretty good

if theres any more info needed just say

Hi, and welcome to Overclockers forums:). The Q6600 and the Abit board go well together, I have only had mine a few days now. Great set up. The Q6600 is overclocking very well also. Other posts will verifiy this. I got a Tuniq 120 cooler and that is helping keep my temps down very nicely. (This is a massheeeve heatsink:D). Nice set up m8. And because it's tradition. You is my puppy now;)
 
what about overclocking then say i get one of those which i just finished reading a review about (me likey :) )

what setting do i fiddle with

as u can see im a complete egit overclocker so idiot proof intructions would be helpful i do understand most computer stuff upto a point
