just got my new board and the bios is very confusing :D

i got it to 3.2ghz stable but with 1.432volts in cpuz, 9x356mhz

temps get to around the 70c mark

my previous board which was gigabyte p31 done 3.2ghz @ 1.35volts and 60-65c temps

why is this board being so tricky? the settings are exactly the same

anyone got this board and wana help me out please?

cpu volt = 1.432
memory = 2.1v as required

i havent touched any other volts

i noticed this post
What voltages should I have on the PLL, FSB Term, and NB?

what does those mean?

got it at 3.2ghz 100% stable now with the following setttings:-

cpu volt - 1.368 in cpuz
pll = 1.50
fst = 1.30
dram = 2.10
nb = 1.14
sb = 1.10

working 100%

blend = 68,68,64,64
small ffts = 74,74,68,68

thats 3.2ghz with an arctic cooler on p182 case and 6 120mm fans with excellent airflow

looks like i may need a better cooler or water to get 3.6ghz

Those temps are high for 3.2 :S I have lower at 3.6 with same cooler with more voltage.

Are you sure its seated correctly? You have a lot of casefans so airflow should be perfect I would have thought!

i had similar trouble to you 70'c at 3.2 on my setup

ended up just being the voltage set too high [my mistake]

its at 3.2 now and only gets to 60+ when i set it to 3.4 for benching etc
