Q6600 Problem Core?

OK, i have overclocked my cpu to 3.2ghz, running prime95 to test stability. After about 15 minutes, core 4 has failed the test with one error, stating a hardware problem. The other cores are still testing, so whats the problem?

I have a screen shot here showing what I mean.

Should I be worried?
 
ok guys, thanks for the heads up.

Info wise:

cooling (don't laugh) I am using the Kandalf LCS case...

It was testing on Blend torture test.

Ill try upping the vcore a notch or two, see what happens.
