Q6600 Quad core wont boot when cold !

Hi

I have a problem with my intel q6600 quad core cpu, Ive had it 2 mths and have experienced problems booting my system from cold, Its taken this long to identify the fault

The cpu seems to be susceptible to cold, its wont boot in the morning, yet blow a little hot air its way and it starts no problem

Is this a faulty processor or have others suffered from this

Any help?

I'm using an Abit IP35 Pro XE motherboard, using standard settings in BIOS, what settings should I change?
