Its hard to tell to be honest, what voltage reading did you get from CPU-z before when you left the volts on auto?

Unsure if I'm honest. I'll roll back to defaults and find out.

CPU-Z says it's currently 1.392V

Okay, currently on stocks, BurnTest on, Core Voltage was 1.216V on CPU-Z, although it does seem to go up and down.

Can you check what vid your chip has, coretemp will display this, can be a bit of an indicator as to how well a chip can clock. Though, a lot of owners of low vid chips reported that they ran a little warmer than higher vid chips, lower vid cpu's generally tend to clock the highest.
