Q6600 Showing as "3.99Ghz" in my computer (Its actually at 3.5Ghz)?

As topic really, I'm getting abit confused. It wasn't like this couple fo days ago. Overclocked abit, fiddled abit...

Anyways, me cpu is really running at 3550mhz (443x8)

But "My Computer" properties is showing it as 3.99Ghz???!!!

Whats going on here, this is on a Asus P5K Premium board.

Its assuming 443x9 (highest multi for the Q6600), nothing to worry about just a minor glitch, cpuz etc.. will see it properly. anyone who drops multi on core cpus will see that result.
