Q6600 Voltage Drop on Motherboard

Hi people,

Do you think the amount of voltage drop I get is normal?

Gigabyte P35C-DS3R
Quad 6600 GO @ 3.6 (400X9)

Bios 1.537v
Idle in CPU-Z 1.472v
Prime small FFT's in CPU-Z 1.392v

To me this is a massive drop under load - what do other people think and get?

And final question - what is a safe motherboard temperature - mine shows 58C however this was tested on a cold UK morning!
