I have my quad up to 3.4Ghz now, and I am having to put quite abit more voltage through to get prime stable. I've gone up from 3.0Ghz @ 1.3150, to 3.2Ghz @ 1.385, still may need more. Cpu-z is showing 1.31--1.33) how accurate is this, and do I use this figure as my true Vcore, as opposed to what is set in the bios?). My temps average 52c. Prime has been running for 7mins Lol, it wouldn't run beyond 5 on lower volts. You folks that have posted your quad figures, are your voltages taken from cpu-z or are they what you have set in the bios? Prime failed more juice required :)

CPU-Z shows about the same vcore as Everest, so it's probably as close to a 'real' software reading in Windows as we'll get.

And we go by the reading in Windows as vcore settings in the BIOS of different boards give different readings in Windows (different calibrations).

Thanks Cob, appreciated :) 3.4Ghz @ 1.395 (bios) 1.31--1.34 (Cpu-z). Prime stable for 30 mins now:D When I am finally happy that it's stable I will post my results in the correct thread;)
