Q6600 what tempratures...

well im currently overcooking q6600 what temperatures should i watch out for on full load ?

Try not to go past 70c in prime, then you're safe.

my to cores are like 9 to 10 degrees higher ;/

You mean like 79-80c? Or you mean a 10C different between temps of the cores like in mine (core#2 is 28C idle, core#0 is 38C). It won't damage the CPU in short bursts, but it'll damage something at that temp for any longer than that really and not worth the risk either way.

Lapping has no effect on it im afraid. It's the way the heatspreader is soldered to the cores. To be honest, Intel have COMPLETELY messed up the heatspreaders. Not only are they NEVER flat, they are more often than not incorrectly covering the cores, resulting in some being hotter than others. 10c is unacceptable really lol. Could be 20c, 30c, 40c, as long as it runs at stock, they don't care even if they say "bestest ovaclocka evar!11'
